When they were pushing the vac mandates on people through their employers, I recall, there was a threat to fine the employer using OSHA and fines could be significant.
"OSHA has the authority to assess penalties for violations of its standards, and the penalties available for serious violations can amount to $13,653 per occurrence."
For a large company, (which was any entity over 100 employees), it could be significant. The fine was not discussed in MSM, but I recall seeing it in trade journals such as the link above. The problem was no one told the employees that the unelected branch of the federal government was threatening them with a gun to their heads, so they went the chickenshit route. It was never about health at all.
