Ik winter is not over but I genuinely was hoping to get a cold winter and especially snow. HAARP probably has something to do with it.

You won’t always get the same snow year after year. Earth moves thru cycles, tilt of the earth axis causes abnormalities in weather conditions world wide, some felt more than others. Is not so much harp than is nature doing its thing. Harp is probably used targeted, rural conservative America, and other anti NWO agenda spots around the world get hit by harp.
