Ik winter is not over but I genuinely was hoping to get a cold winter and especially snow. HAARP probably has something to do with it.

Some of the Tahoe area ski resorts were closed over the weekend because of too much snow. I-80 over the Sierras was also closed due to snow. And isn't even winter yet!
