I seriously think that if people were to have their bills raise by almost 40 times that revolt would break out almost instantly, not even overnight.

I hope. Finns are not known for revolting even when the government literally fucks them into ass. Usually Finns just complain but doesn't do anything because they have been bred into slaves.
