I think the money goes to him and not the party. They are trump card with all of his moves and we are to buy and trade cards guessing which trump card he will play next. Other than that the policies he laid out for censorship and all agencies was very good.

I'm thinking of them as Q cards, but these being Trump cards for his moves.
