What Ayn Rand have you read? Because the gist of her novels were certainly not a communist agenda?
"Atlas Shrugged" didn't espouse communism. It was all for capitalism. And it wasn't about greed. It was about ownership, what's mine is mine and the government has no right to take it. It was about freedom, as in Reardon being free to produce his metal, but the government wanted him to stop as it wasn't "fair" to the other companies for him to produce a better metal.
That doesn't change the words in the book.
