I’ve been clean from cigarettes for two weeks now. The first few days were the worst, I genuinely felt depressed. It got easier after that. When at work, every time I got a craving, I would chug a full cup of water and get back to grinding. I get an hour lunch so I would just head to the gym and put in 30 minutes. Cleaned up my diet, it all helps. We can do it y’all, just have to want it bad enough.
