I thought I understood the judge to say that she would email her decision to the principles by 5:00 PM, Arizona time? I'm not find any headlines, so.... nothing made public?

Thanks! Just to be sure I'm not confused, was that not a different lawsuit than the one Hobbs' attorneys appeared today for, in order to file a motion that Kari Lake's lawsuit be dismissed? That judge listened to their motion and then to Dan McCauley's arguments and said she'd email them her decision by 5:00 AZ time as to where she would dismiss or allow Kari's lawsuit to proceed.
from Bannon's War Room - about 7 minutes long https://rumble.com/v210ir6-christina-bobb-gives-update-on-kari-lake-lawsuit-hobbs-inauguration-will-no.html
I read earlier that there is an evidentiary hearing next week. The ballots will be looked at starting Tuesday. Let me see if I can find that post.
This time of evening I'm a little foggy, but that seems to indicate that she decided to move ahead and not dismiss? (Unless she's delaying her decision until the evidentiary hearing....)
See paragraph 5 of the order: That this order authorizing an inspection is automatically vacated if the Court dismisses the Plaintiff's petition statement in its entirety following full briefing on the motion to dismiss.
Because they are operating on a short timeline, the Judge allowed ballot inspection to proceed before a decision on the motion to dismiss. If the motion to dismiss is granted, the order to inspect is vacated.
Yes. There was a legal document posted here earlier. I looked but I did not save it. Maybe someone else did.
So, I just read on Epoch Times "Lake’s team has until 3 p.m. ET on Saturday to file a response to the motions to dismiss."
But no mention of the judge's decision. And on that note, I'm old, I'm going to bed. Thanks so much for finding that link for me.
Have a good night!
