Actually, he was on the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) Forensic Pathology Panel. He did a forensic autopsy based on the "available" info at the time. Funny thing is, most of the members of the panel disagreed with the Warren Commission. They actually concluded that Kennedy was killed by a bullet entering from the rear of the head. This is actually corroborated by the Zupruder Film, and also another recent forensic scientist that concluded that a bullet from a New AR-15 struck Kennedy from the rear. The conclusion was that a secret service agent grabbed the rifle, and in his haste discharged it accidentally. It was an interesting piece. I will see if I can find it again. It does seem to line up with the film and the Forensic Panel's conclusions.
