Yes it is, celebrate his love every day every hour and so forth, but why not do as God himself told us and keep the Sabbath holy. He did not tell us that to have us just blow off if it doesn't fit your narrative.
I am sorry it pisses me off how many people choose to do it their own way even if God specifically told us not to. Be careful he might give you an appropriate spanking, just like any good father would. I got one once, and it was appropriate and immediate. He showed me, long story, that I should be ashamed for even asking him the question I did. He did not hurt me even though he very easily could have knocked me to the moon and back if he wanted.
