I thought that trump is only licensing his likeness but the funds do not go to trump or his campaign or anything.

There were a few posts either here or on PW re it yesterday…

This little factoid, in my opinion, confirms his trolling with these NFTs…there is the trump card angle, the media only reporting that announcement and not the real announcement, and just the fact that the NFTs are…well…not the best art. Do we believe that Trump makes poor judgements like this? To steal the thunder of one of his best policy prescriptions he’s ever made? Too ridiculous to believe it was accidental, or done accidentally…
