Yes look like is my internet provider. But when happen means somebody ask them to do it.

Unfortunately my internet provider has his own router. I'm on fiber connection

Get your own router and ask your ISP to set theirs up in bridge mode (ask first if they do that before purchasing), change isp if they do not.
