There are two strong ties to the 7:20 PM post yesterday--I forgot to check military time!

I think there may be some meaning in the 9:41 AM followup post but I haven't found any connections yet. It's 861 minutes difference. 14hrs 21 minutes difference. Any ideas? Maybe a Q clock tie-in?

I'm pretty sure the pen maps to 0:57 on the Q clock. I traced it out using an image editor:
