Both episodes in the storyline: https://www.gateworld.net/wiki/Aschen_vaccine
A powerful anti-aging drug available to Earth citizens in an alternate future timeline, as well as a cure for a pandemic on the Aschen world of Volia several years before. In both cases, the vaccine intentionally causes an enormous amount of the population to become sterile in order to rapidly decrease the birthrate on a world within the Aschen Confederation. Almost a decade after the introduction of the drug about 91% of the population is unable to procreate.
The Aschen patiently wait perhaps twenty years for the vaccine to sweep into the genome of the entire race. Eventually there are so few individuals left that the advanced culture can effectively conquer the world, terraforming the planet so it is suitable for farming. In the process they often raise the remaining population themselves, brainwashing them into forgetting the past and providing maintenance to the farm land.

Very interesting that this particular episode was released 2 weeks before 9-11-2001 and was syndicated on 11-11-2002; Clearly a "designed release" with key dates in order to disclose prior to activation of the 9-11 false flag.
Note that the date of 9-11-2001 as expiration of the 70 year time period to repay debt to international bankers had been known since at least the 1931 70 year extension. [International banking rules allow 3x extensions of debt repayment, and this started in 1791; so 1791+70=1861+70=1931+70=2001].
Also, the first episode of The Lone Gunmen published about 6 months before. Some think that the Uninterruptible Autopilot, patent 7142971 (or something like it) might have been involved. 7142971 was published in 2006, but filed in February of 2003. It probably had prototypes before then.
In 2020, an Amazon original series called Utopia was released. I suspect that it may have been for those who missed SG-1, or those who needed a more direct warning.
Utopia is horrifying. Could not watch.
At this point, it is just a condensed version of the vax news.
In this case the target for a "farming colony" by the CCP (equivalent to the Aschen) is the United States and North America, including Mexico and Canada.
There is even discussion of a bioweapon that can target only the DNA of enemies of the Aschen @20min in S5E10.
Mention of heart attack side effects of "vaccine" @13min in S4E16.
