Would that orders only pay to Twitter the public company? After musk bout it it went private and technically a different org. Old twitter is dead. Laws don't apply to dead things.
not quite right.. Dell went private but is still Dell. He would need to reorganize and reincorporate and even then The legacy organization might retain liabilities . He might use a SPAV to acquire certain pieces to be reorganized into NewCo and leave others (RemainCo) in a radioactive mothballed husk that no longer is an operating company.
That would be like saying a company signed a contract to pay you for renting an office for three years and then after a change of ownership they try to rip up the contract without the penalty clause because they are under new ownership. Won't happen.
