I don't live in Oregon and I homeschool my kids.
Nice. Homeschool is the way.
I know recently they mandated Covid vaccines for the kids to get back into school. Sick bastards.
Yet another reason for people to home school - as if people needed any more reasons already...
Many don't have the confidence to do that. I have talked to them to no avail.
Most parents don't want to bother actually raising their children, they prefer strangers raise them so that they can go work a job they hate doing.
If they don't understand why it's so vital to homeschool their children then they will be full of excuses to avoid doing so. There are some things I know quite a bit about but compared to some other people, I am ignorant. If I were homeschooling my children, the ABCDs that I know are much more than what they know in the beginning. There are also groups of homeschooling parents who help each other out.
There are some very good curricula--Ron Paul has a great one--available. That's one thing I wish I could have done when my kids were little.
