Perhaps he's planning to toss a big ole grenade on his way out the door then vanish to an undisclosed location.
if i were him i'd find someone i trust and have them buy property in their name in the middle of nowhere alaska and build a giant self sufficient compound but keep it lowkey... like mostly underground.
i'm not kidding that would be my very first move.
just vanish for a few years after unleashing the beast of info.
