I think the spike protein delivery mechanism clears from the body but I think there are lingering issues that can persist, notably if it involves an adverse injury.

I think the PEG lipid capsule and initial payload is what dissipates. That said, I am not sure if this covers the "injection" of "code" into the body's DNA, nor if it covers the dissolution and evacuation of clotting byproducts caused by the injections. There are still so many unanswered questions.
