In all cases prior, it is unethical and one is insulated from any indictments/arrests if running for president. This was perhaps why Trump announced his presidential run so early. Normally, they are done in the Spring; 1.5 years prior to election day. This has been a standard practice.

Recall, Late August 2022, Trump posts/announces this; Reinstate him as duly elected president from 2020 stolen election or hold a special election.

Did Trump give them every opportunity to do the right thing (like he usually does) and knows the impending mid-terms will have cheating/election manipulations in some states like AZ.

AZ is battling it out now with slim wins for Kari Lake's lawsuits. Judge Peters is former Military-Army. He must uphold his oath, follow federal and state law on his ruling(s). Or is he just another compromised swamp rat? Threatened by the AZ cartel? Remember, China had a huge interest in retaining 'their' people in AZ state offices. China's Fentynal drug trade runs right through AZ border into the US.

IF Pelosi is minority Speaker, due to McCarthy's lack of votes, hence Pelosi retains the gavel and is voted in on Jan 3rd, 2023 by the new 118th Congress, will the SCOTUS ACT on the Brunson v Alma case and remove the breach of office members of Congress? This is unprecedented! But it is a viable option!

Could we actually see 388 members of Congress removed from office leaving the Military to maintain Continuity of Gov't while Special Elections take place? What will the public outrage be amongst the permanently removed members?
