The most important reason why not everyone experiences vaxx injury: plausible deniability. Not all prepared vials are toxic. They are distributed in batches...most just saline, or very small amounts of harmful ingredients. If everyone dropped dead within minutes, they wouldn't be able to sell the vaxx...
