Yep... there are probably 1 million bureaucrats/deep state people, all intertwined and dependent on one another and who know very well that if the wrong card is removed from the house of cards it can all come down. So they all protect each other. Changing the system is impossible. It would mean defeating all of them and their army and propaganda machines etc. Anything that seems like change is just a show. Elon is either one of them or they just let him fuck around for a bit so people can vent their frustrations.
