Those who will run from the problems in their country will not be good citizens of the country they are trying to enter. These types of citizens, regardless of where they come from/their background/religion/etc, they would NEVER stand up against the new Govt they are trying to gain citizenship (or illegal status) under when/if that nation's citizens needed fellow men & women to stand up and fight corruption.
