This photo looks a little staged to me. Is the syringe plunger pushed down fully? Is the nurse pushing the syringe in or pulling the syringe out? Why is the image is so well framed? Why is she smiling? To me, It seems to be all about getting the perfect photo to show how virtuous she is.
