Just to make sure that I read that article right, Trump used title 42 so that when the migrants came they couldn't apply for asylum. That title 42 allowed the government to send them back under the pretenses of public safety because of covid. Now that title 42 is going to end, a bunch of migrants are gonna start to come to seek asylum?

Yes. At midnight on 21 Dec. the borders will be flung open. Watch video. Gov. Abbot speaks. A committee that tried to stop the turning over of Title 42 and others. And right on Christmas so nobody is paying attention.
