Ukraine has the NWO globally and the U.S. DS literally expending ammunition at an alarming rate. Recently it was reported France has no more weapons to give. The U.S. and other NATO countries weapons stockpiles are also being depleted.
This is an extremely complex scenario, one where every detail cannot be managed, yet the outcome can. There was an interesting article about Project Looking Glass, unfortunately the link is no longer working.
The point of the article was that through Looking Glass they could see something big happened in 2012 where no matter what the DS did they could no longer change the future. And, the future was not good for them, which made them desperate to alter it. Their only possible hope was to goad the white hats into making a huge, fatal mistake.
Avoiding that mistake is being in control.

You said it. Giving our weapons and munitions away for kickback funneled money only to deplete the military arsenal. Meanwhile China just sitting there waiting, locked and loaded.
Maybe at that point space force drops down with Secret Space toys and says "Whats up Earph!"
I read the story you are talking about. Or maybe it was a video. But yes, saw some shit through the looking glass and have been pretty much panicking, making desperate moves ever since.
