If you're talking about the current witness and the Betty stuff, it was resolved by the judge after he realized the clerk's method of publishing the video and audio was challenged.

The upload process is scuffed. Lake's team then provided a flash drive when the realized they couldn't do anything else according to the court's own lousy system.

The onus is still on Lake's team, sure, but the judge realized ignoring this witness testimony and the audio would only delay the discourse, and punish the witness unduly. That's a bad look, so he allowed them to review the audio before she took the stand. Ultimately, the audio only proves she was attempting to contact with election workers who gave her the cold shoulder. It wasn't essential, but did help the plaintiff's case that there be fuckery afoot.

All that said, yeah, the plaintiff is bungling a bit. They should have been better prepared, but then again how do you prepare when the judge expedited a case? They have to do 4 months of work in a week, and if the court's upload system isn't up to snuff, it simply shows it's a lousy system by design -- to screw over the public in general, not just including this particular case.
