Pls do not go there, they have done it in the UK. You cannot carry about a sharp knife and have a hard time buying them even for the kitchen. SAUCE: many years on all the sites that were banned before this one started.
The UK knows:
KITCHEN KNIVES MURDER
PEOPLE HARM PEOPLE; OBJECTS are merely TOOLS used to inflict harm.
Virtually anything can be used as a tool to harm others - guns, knives, vehicles, baseball bats, 2x4s, metal pipes, garden tools (shovels, hoes, spades, weed diggers, pruning shears), sticks, stones, rocks, forks, lighters, chemicals, gases, drugs, broken glass, plastic bags, bare fists, etc., etc., etc. So, regulating and/or banning one item or one type of item merely necessitates the use of some other tool to influct harm. As such, there would be no end to "safety bans" and everyone's lives would be seriously compromised.
Rather, attack crime by (swiftly, certainly and commensurately with the crime) holding responsible and punishing the PERSONS who commit crimes.
We are currently expanding our laws to carry guns.
It's kind of silly to have knife laws when you can carry a gun.
How about non-parented teenage girl control? BRING BACK JUVEE!
The World could stand to reopen a bunch of the Mental Hospitals that got closed many years ago.
I have a right to defend the life of my family and a right to defend my life and I don't give a shit how old they are.
The UK is like Chicago (with firearms) in being the Failed example of repeating 'Prohibition' Again. The UK has as many deaths with blades as NY does with firearms and the common trait is, ONLY the criminal is armed.
Don't give them any ideas.
TORONTO; TORO (bull), from Latin taurus (to steer)...who's steering the cattle? https://pic8.co/sh/UsxCV5.jpg
