All members of Congress should automatically vote NO on ANY bill they cant read ahead of time.
No more 'you have to pass it to know whats in it'.
Or We the People should be able to withhold their pay....indefinitely.
4000 pages weren’t created over night. The Dems have to have been working on this for months as the final money laundering before the Christmas recess and the entry of the new Congressional members.
