He's lucky she didn't dome him when she took partial cover behind the car and he was on the ground in front with no return shot.

The attackers gun goes out of sight (he dropped it) but from her angle she could only see his head for a couple seconds, available shot over the hood of the car, she didn't take it.

That's the beauty. She does it so gracefully and she didn't have to hurt the dude too much.
