Green ordinances make repairing your car at your own house illegal in Sacramento.

The city of Sacramento, California dropped new ordinances that outlaw auto-hobbyists and do-it-yourselfers from repairing their own vehicles in their own garages.

How are you going to prove it if the garage door is closed? Run the exhaust outside a window or with a partial opening of the door, just enough to put the exhaust hose out. California is getting more and more ridiculous.
