Green ordinances make repairing your car at your own house illegal in Sacramento.

The city of Sacramento, California dropped new ordinances that outlaw auto-hobbyists and do-it-yourselfers from repairing their own vehicles in their own garages.

How much do you want to bet that Sacramento will encourage, or even pay, people to report on their neighbors who work on their privately owned cars on their own private property?
