Yes yes, I know "taxation is theft" and whatnot, the federal income is illegal and unconstitutional, etc. etc. I kind of assume that at the very least, the federal income tax will be abolished, but what about everything else?
Property taxes will be hard to do away with, given they're usually used for local benefit (assuming we can insure they actually go where they're supposed to post cabal).I also wonder if we'll transition from a federal income tax to some sort of flat tax to pay for the amazing health care system Trump teased us all with.
And of course the estate and gift tax need to be done away with. I know that most on here have nothing for the evil rich douchebag, ala gates and soros, but you have to realize, nearly 10% of American adults (20+ Million people) are millionaires or billionaires. I know that there's a multitude of ways to avoid these taxes, but really we should just do away with them.
Especially since most of us expect for a new wave of prosperity to come to the American people (and most other nations as well) in the post cabal world. That 10% figure is likely to increase as small business flourish and peoples income increases, as do their investments, personal property, etc. Besides, it's not right for the government to even have the right to steal someone's life work from their children and grandchildren. I doubt anyone would argue with that.
Random topic, but one I thought was worth discussing a bit during the Christmas downtime when everyone is relaxing a bit before the celebrations. Especially since it's more or less confirmed that we're in the end game now.
Check again bucko, it's not that hard to be a millionaire in the United States. Literally everyone who owns a small business is a millionaire, and small businesses make up something like 44% of the economy (GDP). So yeah, roughly 10% of the US adult population are millionaires or billionaires simply because they own and operate a small business and contribute to the economy.
Besides, it's not right for the government to steal someone's life's work from them upon death and deprive their children of their inheritance just because they were successful in life.
As for the rest, that's part of the discussion. I don't feel too strongly about the whole health insurance tax thing one way or the other, especially since I don't trust the medical industry. I just remembered Trump talking about it at several points and making promises on it.
Though I do agree that the Federal government can, and should, be run on tariff income alone. Especially since, as you pointed out, it worked just fine before 1913
Most of those small businesses are mortgaged to the hilt. Perhaps there are more rich people in some other part of the country. But I don't know any within a hundred miles of me. I know one who lives 2 or 3 hours away and another one in a different state. And neither one of them owns a "small business." Small businesses around here are closing right and left.
Funny since I live in the literal middle of nowhere, in a "dying" region of the country, and I know plenty of people like that. Just because you don't personally know any, doesn't make it any less true.
