What I have going on is either man or machine doing it. 15 minutes on, 5 seconds or so off. Been going on for probably 3 hours or more.

I did 2x. Power is normal now. For about the last hour. But the 15 minute cycle went on from about 9am until maybe 6? Weird shit. Power company answering people had no answers.
