Correct. The pattern:

Openly violate the law → nothing happens → do it again only worse → nothing happens → repeat until the People no longer have any realistic EXPECTATION OF JUSTICE any longer → totalitarian communofascism is set in stone

Q (and the Plan to Save the World) = realistic expectation of justice remains alive

Hence why they need to delegitimize, mock, ridicule, and crush Q
