Just so everyone is aware of what 1.7 trillion dollars is.

The entirety of US Dollars in circulation is 2.3 trillion.

So I'm talking quite literally when I say that this latest spending bill is the same amount as nearly every single paper dollar bill that's ever been printed (assuming coins make up some of it).
