I wouldn't want such people that are currently advocating for civil war, but haven't done anything other than sit on their ass to whine and "wait for the whole thing to kick off", in my army.

It tells me that such people have an unacceptably low tolerance for adverse conditions and will either desert the first time things don't go their way, desert when they have to endure poor comforts and lack of food, or desert when the bullets start flying towards them.
