At 3 this afternoon the temperature here in New England was 56°... 8 hours later it has drooped 36° to 21° with a low of 13° expected... PLEASE... Everyone stay bundled up and warm...

Many potential meanings to what that condition might be run through my mind, but I can't pick a likely winner.

Please enlighten me.
