I think this is a good sign....
My biggest concern came in the closing arguments when I realized what Kari's lawyers had to prove. It wasn't as simple as introducing doubt. They had to prove systemic failure that could affect the final outcome. If they didn't accomplish this as a minimum, I'm pretty sure the judge would have ruled already.
Yes. He did set the bar very high. I think it was met but in this corrupt system you never know
I think the bar was to show 'intentional' failure. I winced when that word came up in his closing.
