I came here to the comment section to say this, but if course my smart fellow Anons immediately spotted this too.

Either he really does have clairvoyant powers, he is talking about project looking glass or he isn't clairvoyant in any way, but it scaring people into thinking he is.

I personally believe he and many people in Earth are really clairvoyant. That's a "superpower" that can be acquired with a healthy diet, practice and a clean pineal gland.
