The sad reality is the State Legislature has the constitutional authority and responsibility to adjudicate elections. The courts are always going to duck the responsibility of overturning an election.
Furthermore, the certification of elections is also under the authority of State Legislatures. Unfortunately too many Legislatures have delegated it away to the State Executive Branch and act like they don’t understand they can take their authority back.

True, but apparently AZ election law is similar to the Federal Immigration laws. They are on the books, but nobody pays any attention to them.
