A muppet.

Even in his own "administration", he wasn't a shot caller, planner or instigator. He mouthed his lines in front of cameras on command. That was the sum total of his impact on the gov.

His "staff" ran him and the gov.

And the censorship and collusion between tech and gov pre-dates Obama regime.
