Before anything can be done, two major road blocks need to be addressed by Congress and 50 State 2/3 (38) ratification:

1. Rewrite Amendment 16 (Status of Income Taxes, 1913). Requires 2/3 state ratification.
2. Revoke Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Congress can repeal/revoke. Turn all minting of monies control and responsibilities back to the U.S TREASURY (as originally designated in U.S. CONSTITUTION)

Once cleared and applied. Everything else is cake walk.
