To start, I was a reservist with the air force and had been in for 5 years. I refused to get the injection and asked all the hard questions that no one would answer. On September 11th 2021, I was given a direct order get one of the mRNA poison injections and I refused. Multiple times. On May 7th, I was involuntarily moved to the Individual ready reserve (the reserves of the reserve), where my career effectively ended. I was handed multiple LORs (Letter of Reprimand) which have the cability of severely limiting your military career and was treated like dirt by multiple superiors. I am planning on sueing the DoD for unlawfully ending my military career and earning a retirement. I have a list of lawyers and have spoken to two that are interested. Does anyone else possible have recommendations for a lawyer or a group to represent me? I would like to stay away from class action if possible, but understand that may not happen.
