Since they awakened me again at this hour,

May I remind that devices are preprogrammed with the "approved" applications of google, fb, YouTube, Twitter, etc?

Nontechies are very unlikely to switch these defaults. Old boomers also, because we should not have to learn how at our age. We don't like tech support "instructing" us.
