Is it the REVELATION or the ACTs described that are the 'cause' of a threat to the country/

To withHOLD those acts in the name of ANYTHING is by definition harboring criminals and hiding their acts if they are indeed crimes.

Therefore they are all FRAUDs, defrauding the government and its people and that vitiates explanation or excuses by the perps trying to cover their own deeds.
