Throat singing...alligns the Chakras/energetic systems. Usually done while sun gazing. Yes...you are correrct sir! Qi Gong. Same as the chakra singing bowls. Those are a multitude of different frequencies, because different parts of out circulatory, organs, and general energetic systems. all activate and "fire up" so certain frequency.
