If that is the case, it might just be over for her then--as most of the judges these kind of cases come up before do not want to rule the election that was completed was a fraud and have to do something entirely new to them, consider the evidence and rule fairly. I did know that District Court, at least here in Maryland, does not go by precedent and the judges can rule the way they want. I don't know what court she took the case before in AZ.
