Occult may not be in a negative sense, only that it means it has an unpopular following. Which honestly, should beg for MORE attention, regardless if it's used for good or evil. But we will see the reply. I am more interested in Reiki now that you simply brought it up the you practice it
I am fine with whatever he/she/they say. I am openly Pagan, and I guess Occultist. I do some "gray" area things. In terms of Energy working. I try and use my abilities for my own knowledge. I have used very lightly some blood magick for my own uses. But it was my own blood..... And it was for protection spells.....something no one can ever replecate or discover to break your sigils and shit....ya know.....witch shit :D
THAT ALL being said........that has nothing to do with Reiki. Reiki is calling on Universe/God/Jesus....whatever Energy you associate with. And acting as a conduit. YOU are not literally doing shit.....except being an antenna. And God/Source moves the Energy where the person needs it.........
