The No Agenda folks have been calling Malone out for months and months as an obvious Spook. What it really means though... I am not sure. I think it probably goes back to the regular playbook: take a multifaceted situation and make two factions that fight against each other, where both factions are wrong, and thereby obscure the actual truth. That is what I suspect, here.
