I had seen an article that at the time had stated 27 had died during the storm. Seven of those deaths were weather related, so they said. I don’t know about you but the moment I heard that I’m thinking they included every death from any cause during the time period to inflate their numbers. Of the seven there was absolutely no indication of who or how. I personally don’t trust a word they say about anything!

I can’t believe they can get away with declaring a state of emergency for a weather event that is perfectly normal for the area. Money, money, money! They just can’t get enough of your money.

The headlines coming out of the storm are ridiculous, even from "our side". I am no fan of Gov Hochul AT ALL, but blaming her for "not preparing" for the storm is idiotic. How would she know people were going to be walking outside in a blizzard? Was she supposed to drive a plow herself? She is a moron, but weather is weather. And Buffalo always sucks in the winter. No governmenr can mitigate Buffalo winters

If I live in Tampa, FL and a blizzard hits, I can be excused for not being ready. But if you’re in Buffalo, NY…? Better have a winter coat bitches!

It's very liberal to want to rely on a utopic kind of big government that can even control the weather. Or at least the kind that will tell you to put on a sweater and stay indoors and give out hot cocoa, rub your back, and tell you everything's gonna be okay.

What is sad is this mentality that the government is here to help us!
